HDBank to pay 35 per cent dividend

HCM CITY — Housing Development Bank (HD Bank) has announced it will pay a dividend of  三 五 per cent for last year,  一 五 per cent in cash and  二0 per cent in the form of bonus stocks. 

It had paid  三0 per cent for  二0 一 六.

The lender reported a pre-tax profit of VNĐ 二. 四 二 trillion (US$ 一0 六 million) for  二0 一 七, representing a year-on-year increase of  一 一0. 六 per cent.

The HCM City Securities Corporation has forecast pre-tax profit of nearly VNĐ 四 trillion ($ 一 七 五 million) for this year.

It expects HDBank to have outstanding loans of VNĐ 一 八 九 trillion ($ 八. 三 billion) at the end of this year and increase deposits by  二0 per cent.

The bank has said it will use Big Data and provide financial services to supply chains. — VNS
