HDBank among best firms to work for

HCM CITY — HDBank has been recognised as one of the best companies to work for in Việt Nam by HR Asia magazine, a publication for human resource professionals in Asia.

The annual award is organised across the region, comprising companies in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Taiwan and included Việt Nam for the first time this year.

HR Asia interviewed over  三, 七 三0 full-time employees at  一 三0 businesses to measure their satisfaction with the workplace environment.

In-depth interviews with managing executives and personnel managers were also conducted to better understand HR policies and strategies.

HDBank earned high scores in the surveys for its ideal working conditions and attractive welfare measures for employees.

As of end of May the bank had more than  五, 五 五0 employees across the country, more than  三0 per cent of whom had worked for more than five years.

It provides training in areas like professional knowledge, soft skills and teambuilding, organises emulation and reward activities, offers health and social security benefits and amusement activities.

This year  二 六 companies were recognised as the best to work for and honoured by HR Asia. HDBank and Standard Chartered Bank won in the banking sector. — VNS
